Heat treatment

The stationary chamber furnace of 3.8 m x 3.2 m x 6.6 m allows the application of the modern heat treatment technology in ENERGOP. The dimensions of the heating chamber are sufficient to provide the heat treatment of large elements in the maximum temperature of 1150°C. The heat treatment process may also be performed locally, with the use of resistance annealing machines and inductive annealing machines, under the supervision of qualified operators with extensive experience. The heat treatment is carried out in accordance with the parameters specified in the technical sheets of welded joints and heat treatment technology cards by properly trained HT operators.
